Relatives welcoming the Royal Navy Type 45 Destroyer HMS Diamond back to Portsmouth after completing her two month operation countering the illegal arms trade into Libya. The Portsmouth-based Destroyer has now handed over duties in the Central Mediterranean Sea to another Royal Navy ship, RFA Mounts Bay.
