24/02/2014. Basingstoke, Hampshire, UK. Kirsty Campbell (23) looking inside her house on Sperrin Close which she and her family have had to evacuate due to groundwater flooding in the Buckskin area of Basingstoke, Hampshire. The house, a council property operated by Sovereign, was first flooded on 8th February 2014. The council initially told her that they were unable to provide flood support for the area. The area is now being continuously pumped by tankers in an attempt to reduce the volume of flood water. Photo by Rob Arnold
