© Rob Arnold. 07/08/2014. Hampshire, UK. Barley being harvested in fields on the Malshanger estate. The barley is turned into malted barley and used in brewing. The farm's prized crop is the Black Mitcham peppermint, which is used for making tea and oil, used in food making. The oil is available direct from Summerdown Mint, but is also available from Neal's Yard in London. The tea is sold at leading retailers nationwide, including Booth's, Harvey Nichols, Partridge's & Waitrose. Photo by Rob Arnold
